African Twende Safaris are professional outfitters of unique and exciting photographic safaris throughout East Africa. Established in 2005, our headquarters are located in Mombasa Kenya and have associate offices in Tanzania.

The company has been able to prioritize on providing exquisite services through its well trained and professional personnel who ensure that the client satisfaction is fully met. The company has been able to grow and expand its business to meet the growing demand of her customers borth localy and internationaly by liaising with other tour companies within the region.

Our success lies in our extremely personalized service. We pay meticulous attention to the smallest detail of the work that we carry out. We are efficient and managed by experienced and professionals tour consultants. We retain very personalized service and high standards.

African Twende Safaris has built an experienced ground transport network. Our vehicles are 8 seater custom safari minibuses with pop-up roof, ideal for game viewing and sight seeing. These buses are well maintained to provide maximum level comfort and safety. They have been fitted with HIF long range radios for easy communication. If requested, transportation can be arranged in a 4x4 land cruiser at an extra cost - but it is not guaranteed. We have a great team of carefully selected driver/guides, well trained, experienced and with vast knowledge of the wildlife , animal behaviour, people, flora and fauna of the country. Our drivers speak English/German and French.

For our clients convenience, all our safaris depart daily with minimum 2 persons. We do this to allow our itineraries/safaris fit into your schedule. Prices are thus based on two persons, but go down with more persons signing up in which case we advice the already booked clients accordingly. Accommodation will depend on your budget. There are several types, ranging from 5 stars hotel and luxury Tented Camps to basic Camping. At whatever level, we provide the best for our guests which will make you out of Africa yet very close to nature.
